Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) under supervision
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility as directed
-Assist with transfers and position changes using safe body mechanics
- Observe changes in residents’ condition and report to the supervising nurse promptly
- Document routine observations and care activities in the resident’s chart
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate care environment and follow individualized care plans
Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Availability for a 3x12-hour shift rotation, including weekends per schedule in the notes
- Local to the Lebanon, NH area or able to meet local onboarding requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
