CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Elizabethtown, NY. Start date: 04/27/2026. Assignment duration: 16–32 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,867–$2,986 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 3x12 Nights. Travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT scans using a Philips Ingenuity 64 CT scanner, ensuring accurate patient positioning and image quality.
- Prepare and administer IV contrast in accordance with NY injection certification; monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain radiation safety practices and optimize dose; follow unit protocols for contrast management and patient care.
- Operate related radiology equipment (X-ray rooms equipped with GE systems and Fuji digital plates; portable Philips digital unit) as needed to support cross-sectional imaging and radiography responsibilities.
- Document studies and patient information in the EMR (EPIC) and communicate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to ensure timely, accurate results.
- Float to additional campus as required and be adaptable to unit needs and patient care constraints.
Requirements
- Current NY ARRT license with CT certification and ARRT Radiography certification; NY injection certification required
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Minimum 2 years CT scanning experience; 5 years preferred
- NY state license or proof of application with applied date included in submission packet
- Prior travel experience is required
- Ability to float to alternate campus as needed; capable of working a 3x12 night schedule
- CT ARRT and Radiology ARRT certifications specifically required
