Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status and reporting changes to the supervising nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Perform routine assessments, document findings, and help develop or adjust individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Monitor and manage wounds, dressings, and essential medical equipment; ensure infection control practices
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care and maintain resident safety
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Local applicants only
- Minimum 1 year of licensed practical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work the listed shift pattern (3x12-hour days) and meet assignment schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable with basic charting and team collaboration
