In this role, you’ll own a spectrum of responsibilities essential to behavioral health care. Core duties include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, contributing to and updating individualized care plans, monitoring patient safety and crisis intervention when needed, administering medications per established protocols, and collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and nursing colleagues to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care. You’ll document clearly and accurately, participate in round-table planning, and engage families and support systems to strengthen continuity of care.
