MT - Rad Tech w/CT certification in Wolf Point, Montana, United States. Responsibilities
- Perform CT and radiographic imaging according to exam orders, ensuring image quality and patient safety
- Properly position and prepare patients; monitor and minimize radiation exposure; follow ALARA principles
- Operate CT scanner and related radiology equipment; select appropriate protocols and settings
- Review images for technical quality; document procedures and communicate results to radiologists and the care team
- Adhere to department policies, patient privacy regulations, and safety protocols; assist with basic patient care as needed
- Maintain equipment and notify biomed or supervision of any malfunctions or needed repairs
Requirements
- Montana state license as a Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT certification with Radiography credential; CT certification required
- Must be licensed and ARRT-certified in good standing (CT certification required)
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and fulfill on-call requirements; travel-ready
- Eligible to work in a hospital-based radiology setting and comply with site credentialing
