LPN | LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse specialty, Franklin, New Hampshire, United States. Start date 04/01/2026 for a 12-week travel temporary assignment in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, following licensed practical nurse scope of practice
- Monitor, assess, document vital signs and patient status; promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per facility protocol and improve patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, including observations, care plans, and care provided
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans, discharge planning, and resident transitions
- Adhere to infection control practices, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state: New Hampshire)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and be physically able to perform long shifts
- Local candidate to Franklin, NH or within commuting distance
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Stellarity in following scope of practice and facility policies
