Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States. This travel–temporary assignment starts on 04/01/2026 and runs for 12 weeks with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. You’ll work 3x12-night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in a skilled nursing facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per facility policies
- Monitor vital signs, assess condition changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Document care, interventions, and observations accurately in resident records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate resident care
- Support resident hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities; ensure safety and comfort
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligible for NH licensure)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in every other weekend schedule
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass facility orientation and required screenings
