LTC House Supervisor (RN) travel assignment in an upstate New York area for a 180-bed skilled nursing facility. Start date: 04/21/2026. Duration: several weeks. Weekly pay: $2,354–$2,431 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift pattern: 36 hours per week across 3 eight-hour shifts plus 1 twelve-hour shift; shifts include 11:00pm–7:00am, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 7:00pm–7:00am. Responsibilities
- Serve as off-shift clinical resource and leader for a 180-bed LTC facility, overseeing patient flow, staff mentoring, and clinical problem-solving across five units
- Supervise an average daily census of ~180 patients; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality care and regulatory readiness
- Lead de-escalation and management of assaultive behavior; oversee code management and emergency preparedness
- Provide wound care, PICC line care/management, IV starts, and tube feed management as needed; maintain infection control and isolation procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DPH, TJC, OSHA), incident reporting, sentinel event monitoring, and HIPAA/risk management
- Support staffing and productivity standards; coach/counsel staff and collaborate with unit secretary, pharmacy, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and PT for comprehensive patient care

Requirements
- Active NY RN license in hand to submit
- BLS certification
- EPIC EMR experience
- Minimum 2 years of charge/lead nursing experience
-Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility and to float to other units; travel candidates must be >75 miles away (local candidates not accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Background checks reviewed case-by-case
