Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ conditions, assess changes, and report to the primary nurse and care team
- Perform routine nursing duties, including activities of daily living assistance and basic wound care
- Collect and record vital signs, maintain infection control practices, and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other team members to implement and update care plans
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care across shifts
Requirements
- LOCAL ONLY candidate for this assignment
- Available for 12-hour day shifts; schedule includes Mon, Tue and every other weekend
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and follow established care plans
- US work authorization
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
