Responsibilities
- Provide overall supervision of the organization in collaboration with, and in the absence of, the administrative/executive team.
- Make administrative decisions and collaborate with Nursing Directors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure patient and staff safety and oversee the functioning of the coordinating departments during on-site shifts.
- Assist with and facilitate clinical functions as needed to support patient care delivery.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned personnel using professional judgment and supervisory discretion.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing (or eligibility as applicable).
- Supervisory or leadership experience in nursing (house supervisor/charge role preferred).
- Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS as required by scope.
- Education: ADN or BSN required; RN licensure must be maintained.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site leadership role within a healthcare organization and coordinate across departments.
- Willingness to work a rotating 3x12 shift schedule.
