Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Start date: 04/21/2026. Travel temporary assignment for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,097–$1,157 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (06:00–18:30). Setting: long-term care facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Conduct resident assessments, document changes, and escalate significant findings to the supervising clinician.
- Monitor vital signs, identify clinical changes, and respond to deteriorations; assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other skilled nursing tasks as delegated; promote skin integrity and mobility.
- Document care in the electronic health record with accuracy; maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Active LPN license; state-specific requirements apply.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts (06:00–18:30) and complete a 16-week travel assignment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptability to the long-term care setting.
