As an LPN in Long-Term Care, your daily responsibilities will include comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, monitoring chronic conditions, and meticulous documentation. You’ll assist residents with activities of daily living, manage pain and comfort, implement care plans created by the interdisciplinary team, and participate in rounds to review progress and adjust interventions. You’ll play a key role in falls prevention, infection control, and palliative or end-of-life care with empathy.
