Travel Registered Nurse Oncology Job
Registered Nurse – Oncology (BMT Outpatient Infusion) travel assignment in Rochester, New York. This 13-week assignment starts May 18, 2026. Work 10-hour shifts, typically four days per week with weekend and holiday rotation per unit policy. Weekly pay ranges from $2,183 to $2,325. Guaranteed hours: none. Setting: hospital-based stem cell transplant/outpatient cellular therapy infusion program.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education to Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy outpatients
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T cell infusions
- Monitor infusion patients, manage telemetry, respond to changes, and document in the medical record
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and ensure patient safety
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements; manage IV access and related therapies
- Support discharge planning and patient education for ongoing infusion and post-infusion care
Requirements
- Active NY RN license
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience required
- ONC certification required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient infusion setting with weekend/holiday rotation per unit policy
