Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – travel assignment in Clovis, New Mexico. Start date: 04/01/2026 for 10 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,005-$1,027 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents following the nurse practice act, under supervision of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient status
- Assist with activities of daily living, basic nursing procedures, and routine wound care
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition; participate in care planning and care plan updates
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing; NM licensure or eligibility to practice in NM
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts; local candidate only (no relocation)
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
