Travel Registered Nurse Clinic Job
Registered Nurse – Clinic (Cardiology) in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patient concerns in a cardiology clinic visit
- Coordinate care across cardiology services and partners
- Assist with Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests
- Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and manage heart monitoring equipment
- Start IVs for diagnostic testing as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Provide occasional patient rooming assistance in the clinic setting
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Epic EMR experience and Clinic/Ambulatory nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years of Cardiology-specific Clinic/Ambulatory experience
- Ability to work in a hospital-based clinic setting
- Travel assignment requirements: permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- Must have both Epic experience and Clinic-specific work history
