Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in South Burlington, Vermont. This travel assignment starts June 9, 2026 and runs for weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $1,902 to $1,971. Shifts are Day and/or Evening on the North shift in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to policy
- Monitor resident status, report changes, and contribute to care planning
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and activities of daily living assistance
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care and proper documentation
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont or eligible to practice per state requirements
- Minimum one year of nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work Day and/or Evening shifts in a long-term care setting
- Eligible for travel assignments and able to complete onboarding requirements
