Responsibilities

- Monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and document outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy colleagues, social work) to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Educate residents and families on home programs and strategies to maintain improvements
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington state
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Eligibility to practice in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to participate in a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
