Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess conditions, and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and preserve their safety and dignity
- Perform selected nursing procedures and interventions as delegated, including wound care and dressing changes
- Maintain clear, compliant charting and communication with the interdisciplinary team
- Adhere to established policies, infection control practices, and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
- Ability to work the stated night-shift schedule and maintain flexibility for local assignments
