Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Assist with patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety initiatives on a high-turnover unit
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating with appropriate clinical judgment
- Maintain accurate charting, follow hospital policies, and ensure infection control and safety standards are met
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg RN experience
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Shift readiness: Able to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)
- Unit experience: Comfortable working in an admission-intensive, high-turnover Med/Surg setting
- Demographic/profile readiness: Candidate should have current, complete professional profile with all required credentials available for onboarding
