Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU, with continuous monitoring and rapid response to clinical changes.

- Manage airway support and equipment, including ventilator management and associated therapies as needed.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and communicate changes to the multidisciplinary team.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to evidence‑based ICU protocols; participate in handoffs and shift reports.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia
- ICU nursing experience preferred; ability to work in a high‑acuity critical care setting
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
- Must reside 80+ miles from the assignment facility
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
