Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care | Gallup, NM, United States | Start 05/01/2026 for a 10-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range is $887 - $928 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift is 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30), 3 days per week, in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of an RN and PCPs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document accurately in the charting system.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and report changes promptly to the supervising team.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, wound care, hygiene, and safety to support resident well-being.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and participate in plan-of-care discussions as needed.
- Maintain infection control practices, ensure patient safety, and adhere to regulatory and facility policies.
Requirements
- Local candidates only to ensure timely access to the assignment location.
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligible for licensure by endorsement).
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (07:00–19:30) and thrive in a long-term care environment.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Must pass background check and drug screen as part of the standard travel assignment process.
