- Collaborate with registered nurses and other staff to implement and update individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and charts; report significant changes promptly to the supervising nurse
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and resident safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work the night shift: 19:00–07:30 (3x12-hour shifts)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to function effectively in a local-only assignment and within a skilled nursing facility environment
