Travel Radiology CT Tech Job
CT Technologist (CT Tech) travel assignment in Watertown, New York. Start date: 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,533–$2,660 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights, 12-hour nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders, ensuring protocol accuracy and patient safety
- Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as required; monitor for adverse reactions
- Operate CT imaging equipment; adjust technical factors (kVp, mA) to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
- Verify patient identity and orders in the EMR (Epic); document procedures and archive images with proper labeling
- Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to review images and address quality concerns
- Maintain equipment and work areas; adhere to infection control standards and radiation safety regulations
- Stay current with registries and licenses; assist with department workflow as needed
Requirements
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology (CT experience preferred)
- Active New York state license required at time of submission; RTO must be included with submission
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of CT tech experience; 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience
- EMR experience, preferably Epic; ability to document and retrieve imaging orders and results
