Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (LDRP) travel assignment in Havre, Montana. Start date April 15, 2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,702 to $2,821. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour rotating days and nights. Setting: hospital environment, travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetrical nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, using the nursing process
- Deliver newborn care in the immediate post-delivery period and support family education
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, and respond to obstetric emergencies per protocol
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team; document assessments and interventions accurately
- Participate in rotational call and contribute to post-delivery and recovery unit coverage
- Maintain safety, infection control, and quality standards; support discharge planning and patient education
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license (license requirements to be reviewed with credentialing)
- Certifications: ACLS, NRP, and BLS required
- Experience: obstetric/LDRP nursing experience preferred; exact experience level determined during credentialing
- Ability to work in a rural, remote assignment with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule; reliable transportation required
- Must be open to rotating call and cross-coverage as needed
- Note: In-state Montana travelers are limited unless located more than 250 miles from the assignment facility
