Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies using GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice scanners, following exam Protocols and orders
- Properly position patients and utilize immobilization devices to acquire diagnostic-quality images
- Administer contrast as indicated and monitor for adverse reactions; manage IV access per policy
- Protect patient safety by applying ALARA radiation principles and verifying patient identity and exam details
- Review acquired images for technical quality and communicate preliminary results to radiologists; document procedures in the EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with radiology staff to ensure smooth workflow and maintain a clean, organized work area; participate in unit orientation as needed

Requirements
- ARRT CT certification
- KS Board of Healing Arts license or ability to apply for licensure upon offer
- BLS certification
- Recent Level 1 trauma center experience
- Experience with GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice CT scanners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced radiology department and in a travel assignment environment
