- Provide direct nursing care to residents per established plan of care, including monitoring and documenting treatment and progress
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately, following safety protocols
- Assess residents’ condition with vital signs and routine observations; report any changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility to promote comfort, safety, and dignity
- Perform wound care and dressing changes as ordered; support rehabilitation and restorative tasks
- Maintain infection control practices, accurate charting, and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Capacity to follow a plan of care, document care accurately, and communicate effectively with the care team
- Demonstrated reliability and teamwork in a healthcare environment
