Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job
CT Tech (Travel) – Radiology CT imaging specialist needed for a travel assignment in Everett, WA. Start date 07/27/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,087–$2,172. Shift: 3x12-hour Day shifts. Work setting involves a Level II trauma-focused environment with CT capacity and ER coverage. The traveler is guaranteed 60 hours per two weeks, but may be called off for one shift per two-week period. On-call and weekend coverage are required. Pre-approved time off is limited to one shift per contract.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures, including stroke protocol/CTA and head CT, with emphasis on rapid, high-quality imaging for ED and trauma cases
- Prepare contrast, administer IV access, and manage contrast reactions per protocol
- Operate CT scanners (GE models: VCT 64-slice, HD750, Frontier 64-slice) and perform post-processing, 3D rendering/MPR as applicable
- Ensure image quality, proper patient positioning, and adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Manage documentation in the EPIC charting system and coordinate with radiologists, ED staff, and other departments
- Float between Main CT and ED as needed; participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage
Requirements
- Certifications: ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, and BLS
- Experience: 1 year CT tech experience required; note: a 2-year minimum may apply for first-time travel submissions per compliance
- GE CT experience within the past year (GE VCT 64-slice, GE HD750, GE Frontier 64-slice)
- Stroke protocol experience and competency in CTA/head CT
- Proficiency in contrast preparation/administration, IV access basics, and CT angiography/vascular imaging
- PACS experience (Philips PACS preferred) and EPIC charting experience
- Must be willing to work 3 of the 5 major holidays; on-call and weekend coverage required
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years required
- Travel requirement: Locals not accepted
