Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor and document vital signs; assess patient needs and report changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care
- Perform wound care and monitor skin integrity; maintain cleanliness and comfort
- Collaborate with the registered nurse and interdisciplinary team; ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Active Montana LPN license
- LPN degree or diploma
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of LPN experience in a geriatric or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
