Mid Level
Embark on a meaningful journey as an Occupational Therapist in Gallup, New Mexico, where your clinical expertise and compassionate approach directly translate into enhanced participation and independence for diverse clients. In this multi-week assignment starting 03/30/2026, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized interventions that support children, teens, adults, and seniors in regaining everyday function, mastering activities of daily living, and navigating transitional milestones. Your work will weave together sensory processing strategies, fine and gross motor development, cognitive rehabilitation, adaptive equipment training, and patient and family education, enabling people to reclaim confidence and community engagement. Beyond therapy, you’ll become part of a culturally rich landscape—an area famed for its sunsets, vast skies, red rock formations, and deep heritage—where landscapes range from rolling mesas to canyons, and where the pace invites thoughtful, relationship-centered care. The beauty of New Mexico—the Land of Enchantment—provides a backdrop for both professional fulfillment and personal renewal.

You’ll collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, teachers, and families to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions from clinic to home or school. As you grow in the specialty, you’ll have access to ongoing clinical mentorship, opportunities to specialize in pediatric or adult OT, and pathways to take on leadership roles in program development or quality improvement initiatives. Our benefits package is designed to recognize your value: competitive weekly pay within the listed range of $1,502 to $1,632, a sign-on or performance-based bonus program, housing assistance or accommodation support, and extension opportunities that allow you to lengthen or renew assignments as you see fit. You’ll receive broad-based support, including comprehensive onboarding, ongoing clinical resources, and 24/7 assistance from our travel support team to address scheduling, housing, travel, and any on-site needs.
