Travel Registered Nurse Stepdown Job
Registered Nurse - Step-down in Cleveland, OH. This travel assignment begins 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,950-$2,060 and a 3x12 rotating shift. Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to patients advancing from acute to step-down level of care.
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient condition, and identify changes requiring escalation.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; manage IV therapy and lines.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, document in the electronic health record, and contribute to care planning.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, case managers, and support staff.
- Support patient safety, wound, drain, and device care; participate in discharge planning as appropriate.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- BSN or higher preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a step-down setting
- Willingness to work within a rotating day/night schedule
