RN - Long Term Care in Carlisle, PA, starting 04/06/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,971 to $2,070 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Eve/night. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of clinical status.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed treatments, monitor responses, and document accurately in resident records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, participate in care planning, and communicate changes to physicians and families as appropriate.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants as assigned.
- Ensure resident safety, infection control, regulatory compliance, and accurate charting.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN/BSN)
- Prior long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work Eve/night shifts and commit to 40 hours per week
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based long-term care setting
