Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and supportive services to residents as part of a care team within a community mental health program.
- Assist with activities of daily living (grooming, dressing, mobility) according to each resident’s plan.
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or safety to supervising staff.
- Support participation in group activities, social events, and community activities to promote engagement and independence.
- Maintain safe, clean living environments and adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and safety policies.
- Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with licensed clinicians and other team members to support resident goals.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a community mental health setting.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and to work a variety of shifts (any shift).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with residents and care staff.
- Reliability and ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
