Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Observe and document vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Support mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed staff
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments; promote patient dignity and comfort
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team; report concerns promptly
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or permission to work as an LNA in the state of Vermont
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to perform essential patient-care tasks and lift/move patients safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; documentation accuracy
- Eligibility to participate in a travel assignment and work in the United States
- Availability for day and/or evening shifts
