Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date March 2, 2026 for 9 weeks. Weekly pay range of $944 to $996 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30). Setting: long-term care - nursing home. Local applicants only.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects per facility policy
- Assess residents’ condition, document changes, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and dining support
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and routine treatments as assigned
- Collaborate with licensed staff and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and achieve resident goals
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico)
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Relevant experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (18:00–06:30) and adapt to a 12-hour schedule
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Education
- Graduation from an approved LPN program required
