Responsibilities

- Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing education for licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
- Coordinate comprehensive resident assessments, care planning, and participation in interdisciplinary care conferences.
- Monitor quality indicators, infection prevention, patient safety, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration oversight, and effective risk management and compliance practices.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure in Maine (or eligibility to practice in Maine).
- Leadership or management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements governing long-term care and quality of care standards.
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour day shift within a local assignment; local candidates only and willingness to commute to Camden, ME.
