- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in patient management.
- Document care accurately and maintain patient safety; respond to emergencies and participate in ongoing care planning.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility to practice in California)
- ICU nursing experience or demonstrated competency in critical care settings
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU environment and to perform 12-hour day shifts
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
