Physical Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a post-acute rehabilitation environment near Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Start date: 06/15/2026. Assignment duration: 11 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,431–$2,579 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30, five days per week. This assignment is in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting; urgent start with an increased rate is available.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adults requiring physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy as appropriate
- Reassess patients regularly and adjust plans to achieve goals
- Document care provided and communicate results to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure patient safety, proper body mechanics, and infection control during sessions
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a post-acute rehabilitation setting with adult patients
