Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job
Registered Nurse – Med/Surg/Tele, Cleveland, Ohio. Travel assignment beginning 05/11/2026 for 13 weeks in an acute care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,935 to $2,015 per week. Work 36 hours per week on a 3x12-hour shift schedule, with every-other weekend and holiday rotation. This role supports Med/Surg and Tele patients as part of a float pool, providing clinical care across units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for Med/Surg and TeleMedicine patients in an acute care setting, including assessments, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, respond to changes, and escalate concerns per policy.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Operate and monitor telemetry equipment as required; document accurately in the electronic health record.
- Float to assigned units as needed, adhering to unit policies, safety standards, and infection control practices.
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Preferred: one year of Med/Surg/Tele experience
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule and function in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in credentialing and orientation processes prior to start
