Travel Registered Nurse ICU Job
The GGH Level 2 RN ICU - FT D/N is a travel nursing position in a critical care unit located in Geneva, NY. Start date is 04/27/2026 for a 13-week assignment with rotating 3x12 shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $1,985 to $2,072 per week. There are no guaranteed hours. This role requires ICU-level patient care for adult and geriatric populations in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an ICU Level 2 environment, including invasive monitoring and support for critically ill patients
- Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support as prescribed
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse effects, and adjust care under physician orders
- Perform ongoing patient assessments, interpret data, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and participate in rounds and care planning
- Ensure patient and family education, safety, and infection control practices; respond to acute changes and code events as needed
Requirements
- Current New York State registered nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation
- NIHSS certification
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic Coronary Care knowledge within 6 months of hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ICU with rotating day/night shifts
