Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to ICU/CCU patients across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Coordinate care for surgical patients and those with serious respiratory or cardiac conditions requiring ICU/CCU services; monitor and respond to changes in patient status.
- Administer medications, manage ventilator support as needed, perform assessments, and interpret monitoring data; intervene in emergencies per protocol.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in rounds, and update care plans to reflect patient needs and family involvement.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy standards; document accurately in the health record and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Float to OB, MS, PACU, and ER to support unit operations according to competency, with additional staffing support as required.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Hawaii (or ability to obtain per organization requirements)
- ICU/CCU nursing experience or demonstrated competency in critical care settings
- Ability to work Nights and rotating shifts; open to all shifts with no exceptions
- Capability to float to OB, MS, PACU, and ER per competency level
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
