LTC RN | Long-Term Careiling care | Lincoln, Nebraska, US. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Start date: 03/18/2026. Contract duration: 15 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,801 - $1,951 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour days, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. RN’s ONLY; Local travelers accepted. Work Week: Sunday through Saturday with every 3rd weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a LTC setting following physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document findings to inform care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments, verify orders, and ensure safe medication practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans; participate in rounds and care conferences.
- Support activities of daily living for residents, including mobility assistance, hygiene, and comfort measures; implement fall prevention and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to changes in resident status promptly.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Nebraska or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska
- Availability for 12-hour day shifts (6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
- Every 3rd weekend rotation required
- Accept local travelers
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week and a 15-week contract
