Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an ICU patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document findings and progress.
- Administer medications and therapies; monitor for adverse reactions and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in rounds, and contribute to discharge planning and patient education.
- Uphold patient safety, infection control, and quality of care through ongoing assessment and adherence to policies.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California
- ICU experience or demonstrated ability to work in an ICU setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Ability to perform 12-hour day shifts and adapt to a travel assignment
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety in a high-acuity environment
