Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care assignment in Elkins, West Virginia. Start date 11/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,101–$1,193 per week. Guaranteed hours: 24 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: LTC – Nursing Home; Travel assignment (Temporary).

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, under supervision of a registered nurse
- Conduct routine nursing assessments and monitor residents’ status; document findings
- Provide direct resident care including activities of daily living and mobility assistance
- Support wound care, ostomy care, and other clinical tasks within scope of practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans
- Document care and procedures accurately in the electronic health record
Requirements
- Active LPN license with eligibility to practice in West Virginia
- Point-Click-Care experience is required
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment and the ability to travel as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow care plans and document changes clearly
