Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under physician orders and facility policy
- monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, and administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of practice
- assist residents with activities of daily living, promote safety, comfort, and dignity, and support mobility and rehab activities as directed
- collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, report changes promptly, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- uphold infection control, safety protocols, and patient-rights standards; respond to emergencies and escalate concerns as needed
Requirements
