Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care, Silver City, New Mexico, US. This travel assignment starts 08/01/2026 for 8 weeks. Earn $888-$902 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift is 3x12-night shifts. Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine assessments, and document findings in the chart.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting resident dignity and independence.
- Collaborate with RNs and other members of the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication administration records, and timely documentation.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and resident safety protocols; escalate changes in patient status promptly.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligibility to practice in NM
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts; local to the Silver City area preferred
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient with basic electronic medical record (EMR) systems and nursing documentation
