Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel assignment in Rochester, New Hampshire. Start date 04/01/2026 for 9 weeks. Guaranteed hours 37 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor residents’ condition and document vital signs, output, and notable changes; report concerns to the charge nurse.
- Assist with meals and hydration, supporting safe feeding and nutritional intake.
- Support mobility and transfers using proper lifting and transfer techniques; promote safety and falls prevention.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment; adhere to infection control and hand hygiene protocols.
- Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the care team; document and relay pertinent information.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in New Hampshire (or equivalent current CNAs with eligibility to practice in NH)
- Availability to work night shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) and every other weekend (EOW) as required
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and follow care plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to commit to a 9-week assignment
- Ability to meet the guaranteed hours schedule and pass any required screenings
