CT Tech – Radiology (CT) travel assignment in Saranac Lake, New York. Start date: 09/21/2026 for 14 weeks. Earn $2,834 to $2,937 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment to perform quality imaging studies as prescribed by the physician, across all patient types and ages.
- Position patients and select appropriate CT protocols to optimize image quality and diagnostic value.
- Acquire, review, and document CT images for quality and accuracy; adjust technique as needed per protocol.
- Adhere to established standards, radiation safety practices, and infection control procedures; monitor patient safety and comfort during exams.
- Communicate imaging findings and pertinent details to radiologists and other care team members; ensure proper documentation of procedures.
- Maintain and clean CT equipment and work area; participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety processes.
- No on-call or weekend requirements beyond the assigned night shift.
Requirements
- Active New York state license to practice Radiologic Technology (RT) and ARRT CT certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 2+ years of CT imaging experience; X-ray imaging experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital setting on a nightly schedule for a travel assignment
