Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech) travel assignment in Everett, Washington. Start date: 09/21/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: 4x10 Days. Weekly pay: $3,089-$3,290 per week. Assignment in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology department with OR, radiology, and CT support.

- Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks (traveler may be called off 1 shift per 2-week period)

- Shift: 4x10 Days; Call required approximately 5–7 days per month

- Work setting: Interventional Radiology department with multiple rooms (3 single-plane IR rooms, 1 biplane, 1 hybrid) and procedures in radiology/CT

Responsibilities
- Perform IR/angiographic procedures under supervision of Interventional Radiologists and Neuro Interventionalists, including cerebral angiography and stroke interventions, peripheral/body angiography with interventions, Y-90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venous access (ports/dialysis/central lines), gastrostomy, biliary and nephrostomy procedures, and abscess drains
- Obtain and administer contrast material; manage patient medications and monitoring under approved protocols
- Assist with procedures in the IR suite, radiology, and CT rooms; operate imaging equipment (C-arm fluoroscopy) and ensure sterile technique
- Position patients, apply sterile prep, and maintain sterile fields; monitor patient status during procedures and respond to changes as needed
- Document procedures accurately in the charting system (EPIC); ensure timely and complete patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including radiologists, neuro interventionalists, PAs/NPs, and nursing staff

Requirements
- Active Washington state radiologic technology license (per posting)
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years IR/angio experience required; first-time travelers only if they have at least 2 years’ experience
- References: 2 required (covering 1 year within the last 3 years)
- Core skills: contrast administration, angiograms, nephrograms, venous access
- Ability to work in a hospital IR environment and to participate in on-call responsibilities
