Responsibilities
- Provide unit-based leadership, working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing and ancillary personnel using professional judgment and supervisory discretion.
- Ensure patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that supports positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining patient safety.
- Assess the patient experience and take steps to improve quality of care and service delivery.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary colleagues to support staffing, workflow, and adherence to standards of care and policy.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Experience in unit-based leadership or supervision of nursing and ancillary personnel
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with physicians, leadership, and staff
- Ability to maintain patient safety, provide high-quality care, and drive quality improvement
- Availability for a 12-hour day shift schedule and a travel assignment in the specified location
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
