Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-focused nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care.
- Conduct assessments, develop and update nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient responses per orders.
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed staff, communicate clearly with patients and families, and advocate for patient safety and service excellence.
- Document care in the electronic medical record, maintain compliance with clinical policies, and support quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Uphold professional standards aligned with the applicable nurse practice act and the Code of Ethics, contributing to a positive practice environment.

Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse license (Georgia) in good standing, with practice aligned to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
- Prior acute care RN experience; charge nurse responsibilities or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights on a 3x12-hour shift schedule in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills; able to follow policies and participate in patient safety initiatives.
- Travel-ready; able to meet travel onboarding requirements and work effectively in a temporary assignment.
